While Love’s Carpet Cleaning uses professional methods, industry-approved equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions, some conditions are beyond the control of any carpet or rug cleaning company.
Carpets and area rugs may contain pre-existing conditions such as permanent stains, color loss, fiber wear, backing deterioration, pet damage, water damage, sun fading, or manufacturing defects. Certain stains—including pet urine, dyes, rust, inks, and previous chemical residues—may not be completely removable.
Older carpets and area rugs, as well as rugs made from natural fibers (including wool, cotton, silk, viscose, jute, or blends), may be more sensitive to cleaning. Color bleeding, shrinkage, texture change, or fiber distortion can occur despite proper cleaning procedures. Cleaning may also reveal pre-existing damage or wear that was previously hidden by soil.
By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges these risks and agrees that Love’s Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages that were present before cleaning, nor for conditions that are a result of normal wear, prior cleaning attempts, or manufacturer limitations. Results are not guaranteed, and no liability is assumed for items that are damaged due to age, construction, or prior use.
